1. Who we are

CoveSync is developed by bazzaztech (ABN 16 831 278 845), Australia. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean bazzaztech. References to "you" mean the individual using the software.

2. What you're licensed to do

CoveSync is provided free of charge on Windows, macOS, and Linux. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and use the software on your own devices. No payment, account, or activation step is required on any platform.

3. What you may do

• Install and use CoveSync on your own personal or work machines
• Use CoveSync to sync files between your own devices

4. What you may not do

• Use CoveSync to provide a paid service to third parties (e.g. as part of a managed service or hosting product)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove or alter any copyright or license notices in the software

5. Updates

We make no commitment to release updates on any particular schedule, but we aim to fix significant bugs promptly.

6. No warranty

CoveSync is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bazzaztech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CoveSync, including data loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

If you are an Australian consumer, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by these terms, including statutory guarantees that the software will be of acceptable quality and fit for its described purpose. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit those rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of CoveSync after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
